All items are hand made by us to order! So please expect to wait 8 working days to receive your items. 

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Unfortunately not we are an internet company and would have to have special insurance for customers to enter the premises.

What kind of postage do you use?

We use Royal Mail 1st class. 

What is your returns policy?

We don't accept cancellations 24 hours after purchase.

If you need to change the size you have ordered we can do so within 14 days of purchase.
